Our Extra Process...

 Sorting Coffee

Our attention to detail is what makes our coffee unique. Our coffee is hand-sorted. We remove even the slightest imperfections before we place it in our drying beds. We take this time consuming step to ensure only the best beans are used.

Attention to Detail

It is a matter of family pride that we choose only the right beans. We discard any broken or discolored beans. Oonly the perfect beans make it into our Kona coffee.

Coffee Parchment

The pristine parchment dries on the deck. There are no skins or imperfect beans here. This process is essential to obtain the perfect moisture content. Hours of hand raking the parchment ensures us that our level of quality has been achieved.

Drying Deck

Tilley and Reyes gather the dried parchment coffee from the drying platform once it reaches the proper moisture content. We have 4 such platforms at our farm. From here we mill and grade the coffee. It is roasted as it is ordered so that we know we have provided the freshest and the very best 100% Kona Coffee.
